Curacao Boxing Association

The national federation Curaçao Boxing Association (CuraBox) was established January 5, 1977 originally under the name Curaçaose Amateur Boks Associatie (CABA).
On January 9, 2027, we will celebrate our remarkable 50th anniversary with a boxing event bringing together boxers, clubs, coaches, officials, supporters, sponsors and the wider Curaçao community.

CuraBox is the umbrella body for all clubs, teams and gyms throughout Curaçao that practice boxing and amateur boxing competition in Curaçao may only take place by and/or under the auspices of CuraBox.
Over the past five decades, CuraBox and its affiliated clubs have played an important role in developing boxers, coaches and officials and in promoting boxing as a sport and as a positive influence on young people.

CuraBox is a non-profit organization and the activities of CuraBox are non-commercial. The board consists entirely of volunteers who receive no compensation for their time, commitment and efforts.
