On March 7, the general meeting of CuraBox took place.
CuraBox thanks outgoing board member Mr. Huibertico Balentien, hereinafter referred to as Tico, for the years of support and cooperation during his time as board member and commissioner.
Unfortunately, he was forced to resign from his position due to a move abroad.
Thanks to Tico’s efforts, amateur boxing in Curaçao has made great developments and progress.
We will remain in close contact because Tico founded the Bonaire Boxing Federation with a number of others, with whom we will work closely.
No candidates were registered to strengthen the board of CuraBox, but there appear to be interested parties.
That is why CuraBox will hold a special general members meeting with board elections in the short term.
